Our opening hours
Orders are taken Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, which corresponds to office hours. Outside these time slots, simply leave us a message on our voicemail. We will call you back as soon as possible.
To place an order
Your orders must be placed 48 hours before your event. As soon as you know the date of your event, even if the number of guests remains to be confirmed, contact us to reserve your time slot.
If you place your order 24 hours before your private or corporate event, we will offer a menu according to our cuisine of the moment. For orders shipped the same day, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our delivery service
Deliveries are made in Montreal and everywhere in Quebec, 7 days a week. Tray pick-ups will be done the next working day or on request the same day.
Allergies to certain foods
It is very important to let us know if any of your guests have allergies or food intolerances so that we take the maximum precautions in this regard. In the event that some of your guests cannot consume certain foods from the planned menu, custom meals will be prepared for them. However, since all our products are prepared in a traditional manner, we cannot guarantee beyond a doubt the absence of traces of allergenic ingredients inside our dishes.
Cancellation and order change policy
Cancellations are accepted without charge 72 hours before the time of delivery for groups of more than 50 guests. No reduction or modification will be accepted within these hours and no deposit will be refunded. For the cancellation of an order for less than 10 people, it can be done 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.

No credit will be applied to non-consumed products. If you wish, the surplus can be redirected, at no cost, to organizations working with people in need.
